Why Yoga

Yoga is more than a physical practice, it is also a mindful practice. Yoga allows you to stay present and internally balanced, to enjoy good health and a lean body through the principles of breath, alignment and movement. You can enjoy these benefits in classes ranging from Restorative or Gentle Yoga or Vinyasa Flow.
You may have come to yoga to increase your flexibility, but don’t be surprised if you find yourself sleeping more deeply than you have since high school, or able to concentrate more easily at work. Yogaushdhi provide yoga session to adults, children and individuals with special needs. Classes are taught at mainstream schools and special schools.
