Deepak Dadwal was born and educated in delhi. Still in his teens he was stricken by intestinal colitis he lost all hope in life – as every effort to cure met with failure. Till one day the hand of destiny led him to Yoga and then after to Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya Haridwar for further studies.he is certified professional in physical fitness and sports medicine and also certified in counselling and guidance.
He has been practicing and teaching yoga since 1992.

I consider it God’s grace and good fortune that I met Deepak sir and attended his class first class on yoga and I got hooked on. It’s been more than 6 years that I started practicing yoga under his guidance.
Yoga is just not pretty poses that you see on social media. Yoga is not just inspirational quotes and creative sequences. Yoga is a state of being; a stare of conciousesness. Yoga is inner healing that energizes the mind, the body and the soul.
Yes, Yoga is a physical practice but as in progress from on asana to another, somthing incrediable happenes. Out Ego gets jolt, our thinking pattern changes, we become mentally more aware, more observant.
Classes at yogaushdi is group specific as well as individual specific. Each one learning at his/her own pace. After all , yoga is one’s our journey.
